A 15-minute call. No sales pitch. You describe your AEM problem; I ask 5–10 targeted questions and tell you, in plain language, where the bottleneck likely sits and what a fix would look like.

Do you work with AEM as a Cloud Service or AMS? +

Both. Plus on-prem AEM 6.5 deployments. Most clients are on AEMaaCS, but a meaningful share still run hybrid setups — both are well within scope.

How quickly can you start? +

Discovery and architecture reviews typically begin within 1–2 weeks. Hands-on engagements depend on scope; for urgent security or performance incidents, I block emergency capacity in the same week.

Are you a freelancer or an agency? +

GM-IT GmbH is a one-architect consultancy. For implementation-heavy engagements I bring in vetted AEM developers from a small partner network — but the architecture and accountability stay with me.
